DRYFT Return & Exchange Policy

At DRYFT, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

If you don't love your DRYFT product, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 5 days of delivery.
  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Be free from stains, odors, perfumes, or any signs of wear.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We offer size exchanges within 5 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been worn or washed.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged or defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Kindly share:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If we sent the wrong item or the product is defective, DRYFT will cover the return shipping charges.
